This is a surprisingly good jacket for the price. Certainly it is a great value. It is warm, water and wind resistant, and meets the visibility safety requirements of my job. I cannot speak to how it will hold up over time, as I've only had it a few weeks. But I would definitely recommend this jacket to someone who is looking for a high visibility jacket to keep them warm and dry.

Love the coat just with was a little longer as it rides up around the waist and have to keep pulling it back down.

The quality is good for the price but not perfect. The hood is a bit large which allows you to cover a baseball cap under it but you lose all peripheral vision when it's up and often turn your face into the inside of the hood when turning your head. The hood is connected to the collar with a fine stitching that can easily be torn if you're rough with it. Additionally if you have anything in the outside side pockets expect it to get wet as the zippers are water resistant but not waterproof. It does keep my core dry and warm for the 12 hour shift I'm out in the elements but I do wear othet layers under it when it gets below freezing. You get what you pay for. It works for me and for the price I'd buy it again
