Decent hat, just didn't like the curve on the bill. Didn't really fit my huge head but I'm used to that.

Good hat but Carhart Logo is sewn into side making a bump cap insertion difficult. You would think Carhart would think about things like this. After removing Carhart tag all is good.

I saw the reviews where people claimed it fit 7+ hat size with room left over, and people saying these hats were so deep that it was rubbing the top of their ears. This gave me hope that despite being one-size-fits-all that these might be larger hats. Nope. Tight on the largest adjustment snap, can't even get it down far enough to tell if it's a deep hat or not. Nothing wrong with the product so I can't fault it with a bad review. Just wanted to make a counter point to the reviews saying these hats are big.
