The plugs are defective. As you gently tighten them down the o-rings come off. None of the plugs on the pack will seal. The more you tighten them down, the more they leak.

Worked great when closing down our soft side pool for the winter. Normally we would drain the pool down past the inlet and outlets to remove hoses and valves. With these plugs we no longer need to drain the pool for the winter. Wish we found these years ago!
