In August 2022 the Descaler light came on. I used half the bottle (4oz) and filled the container. Ran it through the machine. Emptied the container and refilled with only water. Keep running water through it until the add water light came on. It never came on and the K-slim never turned back on. Keurig sent me another one.March 2023, the Descale light came on. Repeat the instructions, even watched a Keurig video. After running 5 containers of water through the add water light never turned on. The Keurig powered off and now won't turn back on.Again, could be coincidence. Idk how this liquid could kill 2 Keurigs. It doesn't make any sense to me. But as a precaution I'm not going to use this anymore and throw it away. Luckily, Keurig is going to send me another replacement. I specifically asked for a different model then the K-Slim because I don't trust it anymore.

Works as advertised.

This product was able to clean a very clogged Coffee machine.

i used vinegar on mine 1st then added this after cleaned coffee pot but took 6 times to get crap taste out of coffee pot

I use it to clean my kettle, it works well. But it smelled very pungent. So I boiled the water again and this time the smell was much reduced. All in all it is an effective limescale remover.

I previously used another cleaner which used the whole bottle to clean once and was way more expensive. I've only used this once, today, so I don't know yet how good it cleans. The fact that it states one bottle will clean twice is more cost friendly. It seems to do the job, however, I can't give 5 star rating without knowing for certain how good it cleans.

Nothing is perfect, but this product works very well. Electric kettle, coffee maker and our humidifier work better with a descaled heat element. Doesn't take a lot of time and you will start finding other uses for it.

Good for the money

Both bottles arrived with loose caps resulting in spillage into the, fortunately, well sealed package into which the bottles were enclosed.
