I like using this to thicken sauces like stroganoff or sausage gravy instead of wheat flour

Very interesting taste (on the sweet side) and easy to use. I found a bread recipe online using this flour and I could substitute arrowroot flour (instead of using tapioca flour). The loaf came out perfect!
