I have made wonderful batches of elderberry syrup with this product. We have been much healthier this year taking the syrup on a daily basis!

These were recommended by a friend to try making an elderberry syrup to ward off cold symptoms and inflammation. There are a few sticks mixed in but not a concern for what I was making. Reconstituted and strained very well. Mixed with honey had a great taste. I will definitely order again.
