There is two screws you re-use that are existing and a 3rd you have to install. I didn't think it was good enough. I used a small nut, bolt and washer and had to drill the pilot hole. Also might have been easier if I removed the rear wheels. But who has time for that.

For a 2016 Cadillac ESV only one of the three screw holes in each rear mud aligned with my body screws. I needed to drill two new holes in each rear mud flap to use the original vehicle body screws. They fit perfectly around the body panel just needed to drill holes to align the screws.
