I have these on my tanks to help me know what temp it is... not as accurate as a meat thermometer but helpful nonetheless

I needed another thermometer in order to track my turtles cool side and it does fantastic. Box says I can even move it should I need to lol. Very happy with my purchase it has been right on point when I double check the area it's in. Well worth the few bucks I spent
