NSF grease is needed for installation of the O-ring and it was not provided so no possible to install without it

Fits my big blue filter housing perfectly. Old o ring produced a leak. Only gave 4 stars because it didn't come with grease. Instructions say grease isn't needed but it should be include to have that option. The user guide was helpful to match my old o ring with the correct part number. Keep in mind, the o ring should be changed every filter change.
