Very good tool and very well made . I am extremely pleased . It comes with a built-in rod to insert into the caulk tip to break the original seal as well as dried caulk on a used tube. As far as it being crepe free , I always pull back on the pressure rod to minimize leaking . The tube I used did produce a small leak.

First, to say that I am a novice DIYer would be an understatement. I never used a caulk gun before, and at first I thought I ordered the wrong size caulk gun because the tube didn't seem to fit into it But if you pull the silver lever back all the way, you should not have a problem. So now that I figured out how to use it (thanks to youtube videos), it's pretty simple, and as far as I can tell, ergonomically correct.

I have small hands, so some tools are uncomfortable for me. The grip on this caulk gun is pretty comfy though. It is slightly better at stopping drips than my basic gun.

Has cutting vice in handle and unplugged wire on base. Good caulk applicator. Long lasting, good grip. Easy to use.

I am a home handyman and I bought this gun to caulk a bathroom remodel. I love the way when I release the trigger the caulk not only stops flowing it retracts back into the tube a bit. Great tool, great price.

The item is well made and had a great finish. Works as intended and saves me the heartache of having to clean up a mess. Just keep your silicone whole small and you should have fine control with no dripping. For the bit of extra money definitely worth it compared to a simple one.

I ordered based on look at reviews. However, please note that it is for latrex and silicone and will give good service with other caulks that flow EASILY! If it is thicker caulk you want more torque or you will not enjoy using it because of strain on hand. I was surprised when I saw the sticker (see pic). I wish that this was a picture with the listing. Pros know, but homeowners are ignorant. I am going to keep it for it's intended use.

Looks to be a very good caulking gun. I haven't actually used it yet but am looking forward to Spring when I can give it a good workout. It seems rugged and has good features.
