I use this rainsuit for dog walks in the fields on heavy rain/wind days. Keeps the elements out nicely with one exception. The hood is just more or less an oval shape with no visor extension so it keeps the rain off your head but rain drives in on the forehead and face freely. Also, the good is detachable so potentially more prone to leaks. Keep in mind, neither jacket nor pants have pockets. A pain for someone like me who needs phone and tools handy virtually every time I'm out in bad weather. That said, less chance of leaks and I expect the suit will be great for rain on the motorcycle where I'm not reaching into pockets anyway. Really like the loose, comfortable, breathable, lightweight fit and very good weather protection apart from hood as noted. Other versions I've had eventually pill up like a sweater, so not a forever garment. Overall, good value for money. Recommend as a basic shell.

It does do its job but, not enough string to secure the hoodie in my opinion. The shirt collar is too thick and stiff hindering movement again in my opinion. but I did wear in the rain and stayed dried.

The fabric is very light not heavy plastic. Looks nice on, baggy to allow under garments but may run big.Have not yet worn in the rain but trusting the 100 waterproof?

Incredible performance for such an inexpensive rain suit. I've worn it multiple times in 2 hour driving rain storms with absolutely no moisture coming through the fabric. Will never go back to the so called rain jackets by the big adventure clothing manufacturers. Incredibly light and packable as well. Biggest issue is lack of clips on the hood strings to keep hood tight. 5 stars if it had those.

The only problem I ran into was that the pants were about 4 or so too long for my 5' -7 frame. I cut and folded the extra lengths up inside the leg and used duct tape to secure them.

This is the third set of Frogg Toggs I've bought to go over motorcycle gear. The material is flimsy but then again its not being subject to abrasion or stress on a static rider. Best of all, unlike polyester/ nylon it does breathe a little so you don't get sweaty. This particular model also has a detachable hood which can be discarded.

A handful of rides in and they are noisy, the pants are a little shed-y, but I am optimistic about it's longevity. I am warmer (maybe too warm) and dryer because of this product. I'm 5'9 170 and I should have probably gotten a medium. Hope this helps.

Yes these are not made with Gore-Tex. Yes they make a crinkling noise. But they are so much less expensive than the other $150 rain jackets. And you get a pair of rain pants to boot. Size runs a little big. You can wear street clothes under the FROGG TOGGS and still have plenty of room to sit on a motorcycle or run around on your boat.Check the different models and some colors are deeply discounted. Hey who cares about making a fashion statement, you are just looking to stay dry!I keep my rain suit in my car so they will always be ready to keep me dry.

1. I've had Froggs for several years. While the older models had a tendency to pull apart, in terms of the outer protection, I loved them.2. This model has no pockets or slits to access under garments.3. They continue, particularly, the jackets, to be roomy. You'll either love this or hate this, because you will probably find a ton of room upstairs.

When ordering these I saw a size chart to help determine if I needed a small/medium/large set of pants and jacket. When I took my measurements with a cloth tape and some help, I had numbers that fit into all three categories. I ended up ordering a large. I figured it would be better to have it too big then too small. It fits OK, its pretty baggy which isn't great but I can manage. Overall it kept me dry but they need to make a more comprehensive sizing chart.

I wore this to my son's soccer game the other day, in a heavy rain, with wind blowing 20mph (plus gusts).NOT A DROP penetrated the rain suit. AND this is after I have had the set for years, and its rolled up behind the seat of my work truck. Sat down on soaked bleachers and still noting penetrated the suit.I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS ENOUGH.(ONLY down side, nothing has pockets coat or pants, but in perspective, then less seams and openings to have on the gear. it makes wearing at work harder because I have to fidget to get out keys as I move around.)

I'm 6'2 - 200 lbs and it recommended xl. Way too big for me even over my clothes. I'd recc sizing down. Unless you are wearing this over winter clothes. Good quality tho and kept me warm and dry in the rain!
