We use with kinetic tape and it help a lot with adhesion. Tape stays on better through sweat and showers. Careful with the over spray and it doesn't smell good when sprayed.

If your skin can tolerate the adhesive, it works a lot better in my opinion than the other adhesives out there and the price is better!

I bought the adhesive spray for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer. The Pro tape stays thru the entire practice and sometime TWO practices. Highly recommend.
