These work well with their counterpart connectors. Remember to join them before you crimp with the tool as that is how they lock to the RJ45

this will be great for your cables overtime, they are inexpensive and of great quality

These strain reliefs are great, made some very nice cables with these. I really like the look after putting it together looks professional. Good value for the many great way to make cat 6 cables look professional. I have bought these twice and no problems at all.
