THIS PRODUCT HELPED ME TO GET AIS STRETCHS MORE EFFECTIVELY,SEEMS LIKE FOOT STRAPS WERE IN THE PERFECT PLACE.STURDY AND NOT CHEAPLY BUILT. WILL LAST SO GOOD INVESTMENT

I first learnt about this stretching strap when my daughter got one a little while back when she went to a tennis camp one summer. I used it a few times to help me to hold stretches for longer and to make the stretches a little more intense after long runs or aerobic type activities, especially as my flexibility is not all that great. It really is a wonderful accessory to exercise and my only fault with it is that some of the slots for putting your foot in tend to rip after some time. The stitching probably needs to be a little better. Apart from that, great product!
