Simple straight forward, just what was advertised. Price was half what is being sold in regular stores carrying these items. Very happy. Sad they only had 4 at the time, would have bought more.

Replaced a 3000 lb capacity jack that was worn out with this one. It was a direct replacement and works as expected.Does not come with bolts, so don't lose the old bolts when swapping out the Jack.

The jack arrived quickly and is plenty strong enough and was easy to crank for my old 4000 trailer. Since my old bolts were in good shape, it only took 10 minutes to swap out the old electric one so I could use it on my new trailer. Saved me having to buy a new electric jack for the new trailer.

Easy to install. Works as it should. Remember to get a foot so the pipe doesn't dig into the driveway or ground.
