This was a perfect replacement for my water tank on a 2018 Rockwood ESP 1910 camper. The old one had become brittle and broke off. Insulation was simple, I've been no leaks, and I am satisfied and would purchase again. I did buy an extra should I need to replace in the future.

This was installed as a drain valve on a water tank in a pickup bed camper and it has worked great (a few days of full tank use). This tank is not pressurized and I'm not sure how well it would work in a pressurized application. For us, it has not dripped any.

Replaced my fresh water tank drain valve on my rockwood 2109s. At this price I bought 2 and keep one for a spare.

The drain on our Rockwood Roo broke. We were hoping for an inexpensive diy replacement. This fit perfectly and was cheap enough we bought a backup

I appreciate how easy it was to replace my broken travel trailer drain valve with a Peterson Molding 18966CW Drain Valve. It changed out in minutes from the bottom of my travel trailer with just a pair of pliers. I didn't need any Teflon tape or sealant to make a watertight seal. The valve turned easily to open when I had to drain my freshwater tank, and closed tight without any leaks when it was full.

At first I bought a cheap $5.00 universal replacement valve from Camping Wld. The threads snapped off before it was even finger tight. This Peterson valve is more stout, and very easy to install.

I wasn't sure how to replace my drain valve that was literally falling apart, but I made the leap and bought this one. I grabbed my old rotted falling apart valve with some channel locks and it unscrewed with ease. Put some pipe dope on this part and screwed it in and done! Took me all of 2 minutes when I was dreading the problems we all have when “fixing” our RV's. This is now on my 5 year replace list and I will be buying this one again.
