Definitely feels a lot better quality than an ordinary notepad. I like it so far.

Sturdy construction, works as advertised, pages are tearable. I wanted the ability to easily tear pages out, and this notebook allows this but is sturdy enough that it isn't likely to accidentally lose pages when carried haphazardly.I used it in my kitchen sink, with water running over it and submerged, and it works. It's kinda boringly reliable to be honest. Will definitely order more, adding these to my daily backpack carry, medical kits, and backpacking gear.

Amazing how you can write on this waterproof notebook when it is soaking wet. The paper just repels the water No water soluble ink though, pencil works great.

I am a veterinary student and have to take my notebook on house-calls where it can get very muddy outside. I needed a notebook that would not be ruined if I got water or animal excretions on it. The pages can easily be cleaned off. My criticism is that my pencil and many pens won't work well on the paper. I ended up buying thin tip sharpies and they work like a charm.

Like the product due to performance and quantity. Yellow will show up better in the brush so not receiving black isn't a deal breaker. Rite in the rain can be like golf clubs, they can get a little spendy but what do you want or need out in the field.

This is a great addition to my work gear since I'm out on the farm and get sweaty and dirty a lot. Old style notebooks used to disintegrate or get smudged really bad. So far I have not had this fail me would recommend highly to anybody who is in a wet or dirty environment.

So, there I was.....I went to supply to get another pocket notebook to replace the one I had filled up with notes and other things I needed to keep note of. The young clerk, handed me one of these. Now fast forward months, and what usually killed my notebooks, this one had survived. The dreaded washing machine. I washed one of these at least three times, and it was still in MOSTLY great shape.The others I had had, well, a light sprinkle and the pages were stuck together, and it was no longer legible or usable.I ordered these to go back old school as my mind keeps having issues of remembering different things....from recipes at the range, ballistic performance, test settings at work, and to remind me of the need to keep notes.I have a $700 note keeper, but I pull it out and get distracted, either at a test bed at work, or elsewhere and this is more distraction free than my phone. Also, I am good at leaving my phone on my workbench or even the test bed, then think of something I should remember and forget before I get back to my phone.It happens to us all, but hopefully I will do better at staying on task.

It is what it is. Haven't tried to use in the rain probably won't ever try.

I've had mine for over a year now I think. I carry a small pen in my wallet and this goes great in a back pocket so I can write notes for people every so often. I've torn out the first page a couple times because it gets dark from being rubbed due to being sat on all the time. The rings kinda flatten out, but they're easily folded back occasionally. I've been really happy with the performance and will definitely be buying more of these.

Full disclosure, I did not buy this for the waterproof tech. So I'm pleased as pudding over this purchase. I can write stuff down on the go just like I wanted!If you ARE interested in the waterproof tech, be warned! Sure, the top and bottom are waterproof. But if it's raining outside, don't for a second think your paper won't get wet. I'm sure it's pretty easy to understand why, but if you need me to spell it out for you: you still gotta flip the top cover over to actually write whatever it is you want to write, and rain doesn't stop for no man. Buy at your own risk.Also, who is buying this as a gift? Laaaaaame. Be a better friend.

I use these as DOPE books for notes while shooting. Notes in ammo, scopes, guns, distances, settings for everything.I find it a bit small for a man's hand to write these notes. Another inch wider, and longer would be a bit better for my use. All in all, it's an inexpensive way to keep notes for quick reference. Especially since water doesn't affect the scribbling in the book. But as I said before, another inch wider longer would help. Also, wire bind it on the side, instead of the top!

The texture of the paper is weird and it erases horribly. It feels good though, very well made.
