Its a great backpack compared to the pricier ones. Its got a sportier look so would be great if the colors choices could improved and softer looking style made for female preferences. There are other backpacks Matien makes but they don't look very sturdy or as well organized as this one for travel. But I like it a lot regardless and the color grey is sufficient.

I bought this backpack for school. It's pretty good! However, it's a bit small I cannot use it for more than one class and the adjustment straps tend to slip a bit. But it is sturdy and comfortable with my heavy loads of books

I just received this backpack so I'm assuming it will hold up over time as others have indicated. Overall, I'm happy with the material it's made from, the zippers, and its light weight. I like the almost invisible side zippered compartment and the small zippered compartment on the back. It's replacing a backpack that I've had for over 18 years and loved, so I doubt that I'll find anything that I feel is perfect. I had to buy the larger size backpack in order to get the width I needed to carry standard size file folders with the long, folded side down and for other things that I carry. This backpack is 19 tall which is taller than any I've ever had, so I'm not sure how it will fit under the seat in front of me on an airplane (I travel a lot). It'll probably be ok if I don't stuff it full. What prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that it doesn't have a reinforced bottom on the outside, so there's no extra padding for my laptop and nothing to take the brunt of the backpack sitting on rough surfaces. It would have been nice if the small, zippered compartment on the front was deeper. It's only about 6 3/4 deep and there's extra space where they could have lengthened it by several more inches. I'm not crazy about the idea that the back compartment opens up flat because I don't feel that I can put things in that section that might fall out; so if there had been an additional large zippered compartment (even a mesh zippered compartment) in that section, it would have been nicer. Despite the negatives, I think this will be an adequate backpack for my needs.

This back pack is sleek and compact, perfect for software engineering students. The battery pack holder is snug and works as designed, the build quality is great on the outside but some feel flimsy and loose on the inside (not a big deal for holding a calculator and some pencils), and the backpack will fit everything you need in your day in a very compact design, except for one exception. I found myself having to use an entire pocket to carry my water bottle since the pockets on the outside are small and flimsy. My iron flask water bottle won't fit on the outside and plastic water bottles fall out easily. This is the only thing that's holding the backpack from 5 stars. If you plan on holding only a laptop, a text book, and a five subject notebook, then you'll be able to dedicate a pocket for the water bottle. For me that is the case so it doesn't hinder me too much, but I can see it affecting peoples purchase decision. Overall tho, amazing backpack!

I bought this bag because I was looking for a proper bag for my laptop. I may give a better review once I have a good feel for the bag.

Used this for traveling. Loved the many separate compartments. Didn't have to dig for what I needed. Easy to place a lock on for safety

Great value for the price. Has many pockets and compartment areas for the different types of items to be stored.

I needed this backpack (15 inch) to serve as my personal item for some airlines on overseas travel. They might not allow larger backpacks under the seats. It is still the right size to fit my laptop computer and other electronic accessories.

Love the bag. ONLY rating 4 stars because I haven't tried the USB port yet. Will need to buy mini locks for zipper I have not done so but it connects smoothly and perfectly

I bought this backpack for a short work trip. It was great for my airplane items, then just as good for meetings at the office.

Easy to use and able to organize my things easily inside of it, one drawback is that sometimes the zippers open partly when I'm walking and when they're positioned at 0' degrees.

Not too bad. Arm straps don’t stay in place. It always loosens up as I walk. Tons of pockets. Lots of space

Donate to my county in NJ back to school item(s) for school kids prior to start of school year. I like the color grey as noticed some kids carrying grey. Donated for middle school or high school kids. Like the compartments, could carry laptop or tablet. Features seemed would be good.

I had hoped this would hold enough for tiding me over if my checked luggage didn’t arrive. Unfortunately it was very tight to squeeze in a rolled up lightweight pants along with my iPad and charger and kindle and personal items. Not a carry on substitution for me. However it is an okay day pack for carrying a 35 mm camera and small items on a hike or excursion.
