The sofa is great .the foot could use more padding but I hope I can add something to make thatMore comfortable.. delivery was another story ..2 men could not lift box 4” up into my house from the deck..they struggled and struggled..I said why not take it out of the box and carry the parts in..man said oh No we do not unpack or put together. I said really . I read the reviews that delivery sets up and I can inspect before you leave, he said Nope Not us ..I said okay just leave I will do it myself, sad that a 75 year old woman has to get it in the house for you..so they left I broke open the box I got the 4 parts in the house and put it together..saved myself the tip I had ready to give them..pizza for dinner,lucky me..

The couch itself is comfy except for the recliner part. I could feel hard wood at the end of the recliner and one of the recliner i have to use my hand to pull it out when pulling the lever. Overall my husband and son loves it.

Piece of junk!! Lasted a year and a half and then the bolts snapped in one of the recliners and bent the frame which by the way is not covered by the additional protection plan I purchased, also a waste of money!!

I really really love this couch for the price. It's very comfy and reclines perfect and was super easy to put together. I wish the fabric was prettier, but for the price it's perfect.

I love this sofa, its extra firm and doesn't sink in when you sit on it. Easy to get up out of. The only bad part is you must have SUPER STRENGTH to get the kick stand back in. I am a 77 year old female and in reasonably good health so its a good thing after about three tries, I can kick it back down to sitting. As far as reclining, it is perfect and I have slept overnight in it many times. Just beware you need super strength to kick it down.

I have only had this couch a few days. I am trying to love it. I think I expected it to be fluffier......like a softer cushioning. It feels like foam. It actually came in one piece packaged in cardboard and plastic. There was no assembly needed. We got it through our 34 in doors very easily. I thought the back would be a little taller. It is very stiff but I think will give a lot soon. It doesn't seem to be made with high quality cushioning. I seriously can not complain for what i have paid for it though and my daughter loves it. I haven't found any flaws like other reviewers. Nothing is torn or broken. Had a great delivery guy that brought it right up on our porch as we requested! I will update this in a few months!Update: I have had this couch for over 2 years now. It has actually held up really well. I slept on it for months while I was sick, my grandkids have jumped and played on it, and nothing is falling apart so far. You can definitely tell where everyone sits the most as with any piece of furniture but I do not regret one minute buying this.
