My husband wanted a large 'grain' of salt for brining and these seems like it will do okay. Not huge pieces but definitely larger than you would use for baking. We'll see how it goes. Having this salt in a large flake option would be amazing too

Like this med. Grind of salt & great price. This type of salt has so much better taste than sea salt or reg. Salt!
