I malted some of this barley and used it half and half with organic white flour for ciabattas and it turned out very tasty with a beautiful purple hue.

Will be rendering tallow next after the lard but that's when I plan to use this to make a pot of beef and barley soup I'm excited to taste this purple barley I'm sure it's delicious.
