It was soft and it helped but little pieces of t sponge r starting to fall off.Look at t top and inner sides

Way too hard, with my aircast it nearly cut off my circulation. I didn't use it at all and it took my leg one week to recover from the pain of the 2 together.

This was itchy and uncomfortable. The sloped part was way too long - unless you are a tall man I doubt this would work I am 5'3" and this did not allow my knee to get anywhere near the top of the curve. It is very high,t and at the slightest movement it would topple over, I was very disappointed. After a few weeks of use I actual cut off some of the lower part to get my knee in the proper position, but it still was not comfortable as it is too stiff.
