The design is great on this, the wrap around the calf can be snugged up nice and tight with the velcro straps, and it stays in place. I have a nagging calf pull that's super slow to heal, and I wouldn't be able to walk for exercise without this. I can come close to tweaking it again, but the support is enough to keep it from going over the edge and re-injuring the muscle. I find it's helpful to combine it with a compression sock, it provides a good base for the wrap.

I have a grade 2 muscle tear in my right calf muscle. Worst pain ever. This has really help keep me supported and heal faster.

Pleasantly surprised. Wanted NEOPRENE, not a fabric based compression sleeve, and this was a bargain price for that. I had low expectations, but it really does work quite well.

I had a grade 1 leg calf strain. Dr. ordered compression. This worked great and helped with walking on the nerve and muscle. On week 3 of recovery!
