Most test kits are priced much higher, if you are on a budget this kit will do just fine. It is easy to use if you can follow basic directions and are not color blind.

great solution for monitoring your tank parameters. accurate meters also. the price here cant be beat. i'm so thankful that i can get a deal here. but yah, this product is great- a must have if you want to keep an eye on your water to keep your reef smiling.

Has all the supplies you need and a case to keep it all in. I wish it had a quick instruction sheet for all the tests. The instruction book is very detailed and the testing is accurate. Highly recommend for testing your reef tank. A must have.

I saved a lot of money over buying these from the local pet stores which most of the pet store chains dont even carry Salt Reef test kits, I got the kit faster than I expected, it was exactly as advertised and I consider it a must for the reef hobbyist. Especially a new one like me.

This kit is a reliable test kit, however, it does not come with testing material to check PH balance and Ammonia. That's the only downside to the product. Instructions are straight forward and the kit is a REQUIRED tool for any saltwater aquarium.

I have always used brand api in marine gauges are always very cheap and are really high quality 100% recommend

I have used Salifert, Elos, Redsea and a bunch of others. While it's really hard to guage the accuracy of all these kits, one can assume at least +/- 10% readings. With the API kit I see small enough changes reflected in the readings to give me confidence that it's within the ball Park of ELOS and Salifert, so at a the current price API is a clear winner. I also like that these tests are simpler to preform than most of the others, so thats a real plus.
