I honestly love this iron! I have had no problems with it. You do have to scroll through to get to the type of clothing youll be ironing but its not a big deal to me at all. It gets wrinkles out for me and love it!

The iron itself is pretty good. However the the button to select settings is tiny and hard to push. You have to use your nail to move selection up or down and it takes a few times. So annoying that I almost sent it back but cant operate without an iron for any amount of time.

Terrible product. Didn't work on day one! Ended up throwing it out and buying a sunbeam iron even it is not worth more than 3 stars.

This replaced an iron i'd had for probably 40 years. Glad I didn't overbuy. This one is not as user friendly up front but I read the directions and got the hang of it.

Its a digital display and easy to see the setting. Great steam and the reservoir is large. Used to use a Rowenta which I liked, but like this so much better

This ceramic coated sole plate on this iron does not slide very easily and tends to push wrinkles into what I am ironing.

I am a quilter. In the past 10-12 years I have used 4-5 irons. They never last more than a few years. I have arthritis so it is important that the buttons or dials are easy for me to turn or change. This iron seems to be designed for people like me. So far it has worked perfect. Has an auto shut off and a pull trigger instead of a push button for the steam function.I also like a heavier iron for pressing and this meets that standard too. This is a new product for me but so far it works as advertised.

I have had many irons in my lifetime but this iron is the greatest so far. I love it it feels good in my hand not too heavy I am in love

I only steam now in my 70s and find I really enjoy this part of the iron! So little water and so much steam!! I enjoy the weight of the iron too!

I iron daily and I need a good sturdy and lightweight iron. This iron is perfect. Its lightweight and it iron clothes wonderfully and the steam knocks out the most stubborn wrinkles.

Liked the size but the controls seem in weird places and it turns off while I am still working on projects so I have to turn it down like I am going to iron often so it does not turn off

Bought this as a replacement for a cheap and crappy iron. I LOVE this iron. Good packaging, instructions. Worked perfectly. Easy to fill water reservoir. Loved the LCD displaysuper easy to switch temps. I easily switched between cotton and polyester then up to wool and back again. All my old irons were too hard to dial up or down. Ironing is a tough job but this iron made it (almost) fun!
