Trust me. This was the best thing to ever happen to my hoo-ha. I don't care that the hospital gives you one. It's not the same. 10/10 would purchase again a hundred times.I'm keeping this thing around for when my cycle starts back up again because it's basically your own little travel bidet.

This what i recommend better than hospital. Don't have to put hand in toilet or make awkward positions to clean. This is easier to use. This is popular item for ladies to help make it easier to use and clean. I love how it came with case.

This is a great tool! I am a gym rat and I was looking for a good way to keep things clean and fresh while wearing leggings daily. Orders from sweat and fluids can really make work out leggings stinky. This definitely does the trick to clean things up. I am highly sensitive to deodorants and even toilet paper fibers so i use this instead, during the day while at home, like a mini bidet (for front only). This will not travel full but could go with you if you have access to water or water bottles on the go and really need to carry it around. A waterproof zip travel bag might be nice It's so hard to post something this personal but I truly want to help other women! This is a great product if only we could heat up the water a bit - winter is brutal!

I didn't get this initially and waited a bit before getting. The hospital bottle works fine but is not easy to aim further back. This gives so much control that essential for cleaning and comfort. In a stage when everything is uncomfortable, this is a must have.

I got this product for labor and I LOVE IT! They give you a bottle while delivering but it does not compare. It helped with burning when i used the bathroom since i had tearing.

Best thing ever for postpartum use! Specially if you got any stitches, this will help with the burning while peeing!! Easier to use than the one given by the hospital.

This bottle is amazing for anyone dealing with a bad tear after delivery. The hospital one was frustrating to use but this one is angled perfectly to completely wash the area and leaves and very clean feeling. Wish I would have had this from day 1.

My cousin's wife recently had a baby and I purchased this along with some other Frida products. Out of all of them she says this is the one. She is able to use it with ease and find relief. I recommend this for any new mom planning on delivering vaginally.

I recommend this for first time moms delivering vaginaly! The bottle they give you in the hospital it pretty bad you have to bend all weird to use it properly but this is so nice with the angled part you just aim and wash everything! It comes out very smooth too not too hard so it doesn't hurt you wound. And it folds up and has a bag for on the go!

Don't get me wrong, this is amazing for taking care of yourself after birth. But! If you wanna save some money they basically give you one of these at the hospital. I didn't even end up using then one I got from my baby shower.

I researched what to get for postpartum while pregnant with my daughter and seen everyone bash what the hospital gives you..Jan 6th I gave birth to my daughter and boy I'm so glad I bought this because they weren't kidding the hospitals peri bottle is a joke I laughed when I saw it because there was no way that was going to make me feel clean this gets where I need it to and makes me feel clean after using the bathroom I may even use it after I'm healed esp when Aunt Flo comes to town again LOL

Even though everyone told me I needed the Frida mom peri bottle I thought I'd be fine with the ones from the hospital. Boy was I wrong! I bought this shortly after coming home. The angle is perfect and it's easy to squeeze. I didn't get any leakage either. I didn't travel with it but it is collapsible and came with a travel bag.
