I needed to file a Form 1096 with the IRS. It's basically a summary sheet for the 1099's issued by an employer or contractor. These forms were easy to use and meet all IRS requirements for original forms.

The packages of 1099 forms always have very few 1096 forms. Having these helped me take care of multiple small businesses. These worked fine with quickbooks for both NEC and MISC 1099s.

The forms works well for my printer. But the paper is too thin... the paper weight is much less than 20lb.
