I had to make 6 New York cheesecakes for a wedding recently and I used these to transport the cheesecakes to the reception. They worked perfectly well to support the cheesecakes and allow me to get them off of the springform bases.

I like these but seemed a little flimsy for a heavier cake like carrot cake. It bent when I picked it up.
