it's a great hat although I have a small head had to cut off parts of the adjustment straps to make it look better from behind.

THIS HAT RUNS ON THE LARGE SIDE OF NORMAL. I HAD TO TRIM SOME OF THE VELCRO CLOSURE IN THE BACK TO GET IT TO SIZE DOWN TO 7&1/4 HAT SIZE. THE QUALITY IS GOOD, JUST RUNS ON THE LARGE SIDE OF NORMAL.
