Spend a little more and get a quality sounding speaker. I don't know how to explain it but they sound like paper or cardboard rattling. They have a decent high frequency sound quality but I expected better mids and mid-low out of them. I used them as a mid in a three way speaker cab with a 2 inch, this 5 inch and a 12 inch. I used an electro mavin 3-way crossover in them. I also don't recommend that crossover ether.
