I did a continuity test on my element before I bought this, so I was pretty sure I, at least, had an element problem. The element went in wonderfully, no problems and is currently working great.I thought that I might as well replace the sensors that come in the kit. I noticed that there were two versions in the kit, but even the one that looked like mine didn't fit in my particular bravos quiet series dryer.Just something to keep in mind. Fortunately. I only needed the element, otherwise I would look to buy direct from company.

The bracket the coil cam on was about a inch to wide. But I was able to take it off and put it on the old bracket. Heats up fine now.

Its basically a good product. I ordered it before and got 4 years of service before the element burned out. I have an older dryer and it is still worth the money than buying a new dryer. My advice is to check for lint every 6 months to make sure no lint gets caught in the heating element.

The parts all fit in my dryer except for one of the temp sensors needed a slot cut in the flange for another sensor that clipped over it. A pair of tin snips and a little filing and everything fit. Getting into the dryer to access the parts was a major headache. Non of the YouTube videos I watched (even the ones from Maytag) prepared me for taking the dryer apart. Not the fault of the parts supplier. I saved nearly $200 by buying this kit.

We got this kit when we decided to just replace all the heat related parts after our dryer stopped heating up. The upside? Our dryer gets hot and we don't have to make a trek to the laundromat every week. The downside? Installation was not all that simple, as we had to bend the metal on the large heating element piece to make it fit like the original part did. Just beware that it may not be exactly the same design as your original machine parts.

It covered a wider variety of models, you might have to figure some things out because they aren't really labeled and the things you pull out like the original thermostat will look nothing like the replacement parts. Most issues can be resolved by a quick online search for replacement parts, it went very quickly. One to one swap was great, the new element is perfectly machined to fit the old shroud, no fighting with any of it, what a nice change from some appliance replacement parts kits. Cheap way to make your dryer good as new!

Kit was a 'fit' for my Dryer, however only the heating element and the High Limit Thermostat were directly replacement parts. (and the current High Limit Thermostat is fine and didn't need to be replaced.Don't know really about Longevity yet???

Bought this for a quick dryer flip. Got a free Maytag that was in nearly perfect condition, besides needing a new heating element. Husband said to order the kit instead of just the part, so he could replace everything. He worked on it for about 2 hours, this actually had everything and more that he needed. All I know is for a year, the thing sat in a garage in TX and didn't work. My husband replaced all the parts with this kit, and the dryer was good as new, heated wonderfully, sold for 200$! Thank you!!

Everything was good, although some of the components did not exactly match what was being replaced, so only certain components such as the heating element, and thermostat I was able to use to replace the parts.
