I ordered these flip flops for my son last May. Less than a month later they broke :( Was very disappointed, would not buy again.

When ordering, I requested size "LL" same size as my previous pair which incurred a broken strap. The pair I received, also marked "LL", was an inch shorter than my previous pair. I returned them and included my previous one with a broken strap, including a note to rfeplace themn with a pair like my original pair. By return mail a received a pair marked "XL", which fit but was not the thicker sole version like the I sent as a sample. Then you credited me $10 only, so I had to pay the higher price for the second pair plus postage for two pairs.
