i am happy with the four hats purchased for a friend of mine, he was very happy with the price and the product.

Solid construction and seems well built, but brim was too curved for my taste. Also, don't like velcro back strap as it's difficult to share the hat with your spouse and find the right spot again, and it catches on my wife's hair.

The last one I ordered is slightly different than the previous ones I ordered. This last one... the bill of the hat is wider, fits different. I don;t love it. I have a weird feeling that if I ordered this again, it would be different again. I'm not sure how this is possible. Not sure if this is intentional, or not. What is the Quality Control for something like this? Why did it change?
