Product was obviously opened and used....Roll Out products come with a tube in the center - this one did NOT have one and the side of the bag was already opened. So I am a bit confused that this product was being sold as new? I EXPECT "new" product when the description says "new" - I guess "opened" and "used" is a new definition for "new" ??? And the bag it came with was dirty!
