This set is perfect for use in Physical Therapy. The holder is the perfect size for the weights and doesn't take up much room.

These are nice weights. Got them with all good intentions. Then got a really sore shoulder and found out it was arthritis. Unfortunately haven't used them yet. Have to be carefull to not cause pain with flare up. I will use them soon I hope.

Easy to grip and great for working out. Only downside is assembling the stand, not a deal breaker though. I use these weights almost daily and enjoy them.
