It's a nice hat but it is a trucker hat. It is not tactical. If you want to wear sun glasses, the hat is going to sit up really high and look stupid.

Everything as described is correct. The only issue I have is the depth. I must have an awkward shaped head, because when the hat is fully seated it pushes my ears out and covers my eye brows. Maybe I have a short forehead, but normally I wear large sized headware.

Solid made hat, but I wasn't happy with how it fit. This hat looks like an 80's trucker hat and doesn't conform to my head curves.

These hats are built well, but the front of the hat is simply too big--it reminds me of a Elmer Fudd, in a way. This is coming from a guy who has a big head and wears a 7 5/8" cover. If you're looking for a nicer, more fitted hat, look somewhere else.

I like the fit of this hat and material... I dislike that it has way too many velco patches.

After getting this hat I realize it was the trucker style and then read other reviews about this style and the low crown style. The low crow is definitely more low profile. Actually both hats look and feel better after they have been through the washer a few times. DO NOT put them through the dryer - let them air dry on a coffee can or similar shaped item to prevent shrinkage. The "trucker style" looks more low profile after going through the wash a few time. So, if you did buy this one - try that to see if it gets closer to low profile. I did buy the low profile after I unknowingly bought the "trucker" style and annoyed that it was like $6.00 to return it. Overall the hats are well priced and well constructed.

This hat is huge. I have a pretty big head, I'm a big guy. But this this stands way off my head. And i'm not sure what it's made of but it's so stiff i feel it might stop a bullet better than my Kevlar. I tried running it through the wash machine and it didn't do much. So if you're looking for a giant Elmer Fudd hat that is stiff enough to meet OSHA Hardhat Requirements, you found the hat. If you are looking for a hat that fits and is comfortable, look elsewhere.

I mistakenly ordered this because I thought it was a low profile cap, it not it sits high like a trucker hat or baseball cap. Despite this this is a really well made cap it heavy fabric and all the velcro is really well sewn, I got mine it coyote brown. It runs a bit large and I have a 7 1/4 hat size .
