Looks better than in the pictures, the material is of great quality and the zippers zip smoothly and seem as though will last a long time. I'll give it 5 stars if it lasts longer than 3 months without falling apart because that seems to be a things themselves days. So far no complaints. Lots of compartments and was impressed that it came with two cords to connect a USB or audio device, I thought it was just going to be the slots which is usually the case.

Beautiful bag! The only thing that was a “small” issue is that the key ring inside compartment was rusted. I changed it out It will be a gift I can share later. For now.. it appears to be a KEEPER!!

Like it so far, use it for work. The locking zippers on top are useful, but i havent used those yet!

I purchased the backpack 2 years ago and it looks the same as it did when purchased. Excellent quality. I love the sturdy outside material; this is a good-looking bag. I always check in a bag, and use this for personal items I want with me on the plane, and one set of clothes in case the airline loses my luggage. I don't carry a laptop and I don't pack shoes in it. The main compartment is TIGHT for packing one set of clothes. I find myself really cramming it in. And once I do, it's too deep to place under the seat without sticking out and having a flight attendant call attention to it (fortunately, I've always been lucky to find overhead space). I am currently looking at travel backpacks that open up like a suitcase, so that it's easier to pack clothes in it.

Zippers are not very sturdy. This is the second one my daughter has used. And the second time the zipper broke within 3 to 6 months. Very sleek smooth design. Simple to get into and out of. Well organized.

I like the bag is lightweight. What I dislike is there is no space in the main compartment if the small compartment in that section is used. And the bag does not sit upright. It has to lean on something.
