There are not enough of the black flotation pieces to keep my husband afloat. They have pictured the belt here shrunk down to maybe 20 inches. When you make it large enough for a 38 inch waist, the black pieces are far and few between. I looked to see if I could purchase additional black pieces and couldn't find it to be so. I have yet to call the company and see if they can be bought.

Not very helpfull for adult. The foam pieces too lightweight to keep you floating. Belt system is good.

Hurts the ribs. This rides up to the armpits. Tighten it and it hurts the ribs trying to gravitate toward the top of the water. I removed half of the foams and still having issues.

Need to tie belt at both ends to stop small form pieces from shifting
