I saw at my daughter's apartment, she was using a coffee cup w/plastic wrap. This was a perfect piece for her. This was the smallest one I could find. Most were 2litres?! This is a great size and it has a filter also. I like that it doesn't have a big script on it saying Grease! It's a simple attractive handy addition for the kitchen.

I got this and thought I'd post specs for the ultralighters out there:Weight with lid: 3.5 ozWeight without lid: 2.3 ozPot Dimensions: radius = 5.5 inches, and it's about 3 1/8 tall.I haven't used it yet camping so I can't speak to it's actual strengths/weaknesses. I'll say that mine came without any dents or anything like that.

It's perfect for bacon grease, I was putting it in a jar and then I saw this. It's priced reasonable and it suits the purpose. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this to use as a backpacking pot. Very light weight and will work for exactly what I need it for!! Well constructed and the lid is a perfect fit. I will be drilling a few holes in the lid for straining pasta. Highly recommended!!

I love this product. If you enjoy eating the small crunchy bits of bacon but don't want them soaked in grease this is the perfect place to catch them. I use the grease when cooking and to flavor food for my dogs. It's great. Because I can control how much goes in versus using what I have. And since there is no food in the grease it doesn't grow mold.
