Using this to hold up an on demand water heater while camping. Do need to get the legs stable which can be a little tricky especially on loose ground. Like that it fits in a carry bag and takes up little room.

Nice to have for the back yard and for camping. Good for boiling water if you have a small stainless-steel kettle. You can easily make coffee, tea, hot cocoa or hot apple cider.

The legs are extremely weak sfter it gets hot, I purchased the tripod after I purchased the kettle, they were offered together like at the bottom they show the item your interested in plus another item to save money or to buy together. So on with the review,I purchased both 1 later on but had a cookout, absolutely couldn't use the tripod, had the chili in pot it an hooked it up to the tripod an it started to drop the pot bc the polls were bending, I have this since Oct 2022, an used it once. Personally I do not feel safe enough for a quart pot to b placed on it, I suppose if you want to try something else thats fine. Would I recommend this NO!I USED a cast iron 9 quart pot. If I'm not mistaken this is the one they offered with the tripod, I could be wrong. But not pleased over all. Thanks

I've used it several times and it really does work well. Just make sure to use it on a hard surface so it doesn't sink in the ground.

I bought this as a wedding registry gift for a buddy and his wife. They're very outdoorsy and live in an rv. They cook pretty much exclusively with cast iron. They use this to hang pots to cook stews, soups, and gumbo over an open fire.
