I walk my dog in parks with rough uneven paths and lawns. I drag an oxygen recycler with me because of back issues. These comfortable no slip shoes also serve in Gym class . I have multiple pairs all in different stages of deterioration. Mostly the fake leather starts to peel in wet conditions or soles and Velcro straps don't hold any longer . Because of disability, I don't shop much and stay with the same brand for convenience sake. They are well built on the inside and fit well.

My mother is over 250lbs short and has wide feet. She kept the shoes meaning she feels comfortable in them. The only down thing that she said in her case is that they feel big length wise. She said maybe a 6.5 would work instead of 7. She got xx-wide.

Haven't had these long, but so far, so good. I bought them to replace my well-worn New Balance walking shoes -- they look very similar, and were getting good reviews. They don't seem to have quite as much support as my old-old New Balance shoes (my newer New Balance shoes, also well worn at this point, seem to suffer from the same problem ... not as comfortable, not as much support). Will give them 4 stars for now, will update once I have more experience with them. One good feature, so far, is they haven't developed the peculiar pungent odor that my New Balance shoes have developed. Time will tell.

This shoe is replacing one I bought at least five years ago which finally fell apart. It appears to fit the same way and in all respects except for the color trim, it seems to be the same shoe. I prefer the Velcro straps instead of tie laces - much easier to handle in an airport.

The extra wide width is greatly appreciated as they are hard to find. I do wish they could be made a little lighter in weight. Overall, I like them.

I like the Velcro closure, much easier to use than laces. I added additional arch support as the foot bed is removable.

I used these before for rehab. Good arch support and to reduce rolling of left ankle. We walked one to five miles every day. Great product.

This is my third pair of this style. I like them because they are very sturdy and last quite a while - my last pair held out for five years of heavy use. They aren't perfect, though. The Velcro-type straps are short, so if your feet swell and you need to adjust the uppers, it can be a problem. They are also on the narrow side. It's better to order a width one size up from your usual shoe. I've worn them in rain and snow, and they were fine, though they don't have treads designed for snow or ice. They're comfortable in temperatures down to freezing, but if it gets very cold in your area, you'll need thick socks and thus a larger size. They don't chafe heels or ankles. I will continue to buy these.

i wear a 4XX wide i can only find in this shoe ...its sooo comfortable no bunion in this one just great!
