Now work very well once we figured how to sink them. Putting sand inside just didn’t work. My husband filled pvc pipe with cement and attached it to the bottom.

we make a whirlpool each day to clean the pool and it tends to float a couple feet away but its not too bad to grab and put back, if my ladder would sit still i think this would be fine.(my stairs tend to float up)
