This is a quality input audio transformer, 1:1, used for either polarity correction or ground loop isolation. Typically mounted in a BUD box (or some other case) with a DPDT switch (for polarity correction) with added signal 'in' and 'out' jacks or XLRs. This is not to be used in an amplification device, but meant to be used on the input side of an amplifier receiving a low level guitar or microphone signal.
