Very useful in reinforcing good form by keeping my hips and legs extended reducing drag. Also reinforces good hip rotation throughout stroke. Somewhat challenging keeping the buoy in place secured between my legs lap after lap. Have used it for several months now and no sign of wear at all. Has improved my technique overall.

For adults. My 9 year old has a little trouble with it but he's 9 and it's a pull float. It's bound to happen. Faded after a few uses but that's really not a big deal.
