I suffer from sternal nonunion.( unrepairable). I've been using athletic tape to keep chest muscles stable. These shirts will do the same saving the cost of tapes.

If you wear a size XL, but are taller than 5 foot 5, save your money. These shirts are short in length, and will not tuck into your shorts. As soon as you stretch or bend, it rides up your back.

I had gotten a large for someone who was 6'4" and lets just say that it did not fit the length of his torso, and frankly if he wasn't build like a twig I don't think it would have fit him width wise either. So check those size charts before ordering.
