I'm an adult and I wear a med in most skirts. My waist is 31" and my hip is 41". I ordered the xxxl (based on the size chart) in this and it fits just how I wanted, not too tight or too loose. I love it. The fabric is nice considering the price and it washes very well. Very comfortable skirt and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
