I like the product but was extremely disappointed that these sets do not come with covers for the storage box! Similar sets I've purchased have include covers. There is no way to keep these pieces together other than storing them in a zip lock baggie.

Good idea, but kids don't play with it for long. I did like that this was a boy, as most are girls.

We generally like wooden toys and M&D toys for allowing imagination and creativity-based play. This set is not the best for creativity. The pieces are not able to be mix and match, they fit in a unique way. The kids can't, for example, do a boot-wearing superhero pirate...

There is a lot of wear on the magnetic clothes after only a couple of times playing. Also, I wish you could mix and match the outfits. I love Melissa and Doug toys, but this is not my favorite. My 2 year old likes to play with it, but it does not hold his attention and he is frustrated that the clothes cannot be mismatched.

Gave this to my three year old grandson. He liked it okay but didn't love it. My problem with it is that it comes wrapped in plastic so when you take the plastic wrap off the pieces are in the box but there is no lid and eventually the pieces end up all over the room.

My grandson is 4 years old and showed no interest in the toy. Perhaps it is for a younger child.

It frustrated my 3 year old that you couldn't mix and match the clothes to make a "funny" outfit. The firefighter pants only fit with firefighter boots and shirt, same with the pirate and cop. Would not buy again.

It's a great gift but a piece was missing. I wish I had known when I bought this in August. I gave it as a Christmas gift. Luckily it was the Knight which doesn't matter to my son.
