This back brace really helps my back out at work. I work in a kitchen at a Daycare. So I be picking up heavy children and boxes in the kitchen. And also helps me site up straight.

I'm on the meatier side so the straps dig in near my armpits. This brace does it's job but I don't wear it for longer than an hour in the am and pm for posture correcting. I also wear it over a shirt and with a back brace for additional support. I think this brace is great if you just need it to remind you of your posture.

Nice amount of Velcro to be able to adjust your size. After taking it off from wearing it for an hour, it helps remind me to move with correct posture. It gives more support than another brand I own. I'd recommend it.

This is a great product that I feel works. It definitely helps remind me to straighten out my back and yet is still very comfortable to wear. A plus is that I can even wear it to work with maybe a blazer over top!

It does help in the beginning, after a few hours, it feels like it's getting tighter around shoulders and upper arms. I bought a second and bigger size and really no change. It is very mfortable.

My mom bought this product for me because she noticed I've been complaining about my posture. After using it for a couple of weeks, it's definitely made me more conscious of the way I sit and now I use it on and off when I find myself going back to old sitting habits.Great product!

The best posture corrector ! This is my the second order. I had size S/M before . It was ok but not comfortable under armpits,so I desided about size L and it is really good! I usually whear size 8/10 US (132lbs) I recommend it to everybody who spend a lot of time near by computer. I use it during all the day and don`t tire

Better than the one I had prescribed by the doctor for back pain fue to bad posture. Very practical and it's black and small and comfy. It really helps, I feel a lot better when I use It.

I love this thing I've had it for a couple of months now and I wear it every single day I work .. it doesn't get uncomfortable the adjustable straps make it easy to find the perfect comfort level not only has it improved my posture i use it for support and it has done wonders for my upper back !
