I am 5'3, 178 pounds, and busty. It fit over me with generous room to spare. It seems to be well made. Especially, at connection point. I am a new college graduate, so it does fit adults. It hung like it is supposed to, and the printing is very crisp. I cannot wait till I cross that stage. I am wearing it at my party with a crown. Next stop...Graduate School...Ugghhhh....lol!

Our Son loved it! Was just a fun item for his graduation party! His friends thought it was awesome. And he was a good sport. He even gave a few hand waves...Great memories!
