Stores my files, but the lock hole isn't secure at all. You can simply rip the top off with brute force. Avoid if you're looking for security.

Boxes OK. But poor QC. Of two ordered one came w/o the handle. You'd thing this would be obvious when it was packed.

Its really small. Didn't feel like sending it back. But it does have a very secure locking mechanism.

It's pretty ok. We have only used about 10 times over the few weeks we've had it, and it's already coming apart. The latch that holds it closed comes off when you open it. We have to keep putting it back on. There is no way to permanently attach it.

Hinge broke quickly. Had to use bolts. Other that that it works fine. You better have a lot of files in there, if not the files come off track. But good luck finding a Better box.

This product does not come with folders inside which was a little disappointing, but it's a nice sturdy file box.

I purchased this item and spent the money on it because I was afraid the other options were too flimsy, this is just ok. Not sure its worth this much money but I couldn't find a better price.

If you are interesting in this file box because of the storage on the top, do not be. I had some lightweight stuff in the top and they all fell out. The "clasp" does not hold. I ended up just taping the thing shut. I am not sure I would trust this for carrying things around in it a lot. Mine is not carried much, so that has not been a problem.

The plastic is a little thin on the lid. Definitely won't be too durable. The more files you put in there the worse the flimsyness feels. But still does it's job, just be careful when picking it up.

I own a few of these boxes. It's a simple plastic box. Latch often will fall off. I often have to put it back on which is inconvenient. The plastic clear storage area on top of lid, depending on box, doesn't securely close so when opening it any item stored in it will dump all over. Both issues are contrary to the purpose of owning the box which is improved organization to save time.

Buttons that keep the hinges in are flimsy and come out easily/are easy to break. Good container if not being put through a lot of pressure or being knocked around a lot.

Round pieces on the edges popped off first time I picked it up by the handle... It is still functional...
